Victory, or nothing by Aeon--Soul Victory, or nothing by Aeon--Soul
Swtor (Star Wars the Old republic) fanat, I think our first real fanart!

Victory or nothing, those that went through the Esseles must remember! He he :)

Alternative title is "the Jedi vs Robocop", because of the mech, you know (not a particularly brilliant choice but it fit the composition I had in mind) ...
I'm not particularly proficient in Star Wars lore, as you may guess by the lack of white skin on the torguta body, I only realized she was supposed to have some white on her belly and legs after i had completed the picture (and all images I had found and the characters in game always wear long dresses!!).

Well, that's it:
Alice, skin, pose, female clothes etc. by Alfaseed...

Torguta head stuff from Sixus 1 as well as the sabres. The astromech bot is from Vanishing Point (loads of nice freestuff there!). Mech and boy (M4 and clothes from DAZ) and Sci-fi station from stonemason.

Nice! And yes, I hated the costuming from the game. After a year of the bad costumes they contributed a lot to my decision to stop playing.

We agree, when you have to spend so many hours watching a character that's supposed to be you, you need to like it and be able to customize it to your liking!
What killed it for us though, was really the slooooooow gameplay :)!

I really enjoyed the time spent leveling up, but I never really was into the MMO thing of "Endgame Content" - once you finished your characters story the game was done for me. But I can see where you are coming from. I did start several characters that I never finished - including all of my Sith-siders. For me it's not Star Wars if I'm not playing a Jedi, and the Jedi (and Sith) robes were AWFUL!. :D

Yep, we were both Jedi too, but honestly didn't like the skill tree too much. It felt kind of force, like if you want to reach this ability you have to go through this and this and spend points on things you don't care for.
The abilities were probably even too many.
On the other hand the way missions were positioned meant you would run around the map randomly losing track of what you were doing and why, it was just symbols on the screen you knew you had to reach and complete.

And yes, agreed on the MMO thing, we especially experienced it with GuildWars 2, probably our last MMO of that kind for us!

Yeah, the skills were confusing, you had to take skills that enhanced attacks you didn't have yet in order to get to skills that enhanced attacks you always used. My first Jedi Sage only used basic attacks for a very long time and I picked every low-level skill that enhanced those. I had skills from every skill tree, but no depth in any one. At first I was generating so much threat with my damage output that the tanks couldn't protect me. Then I switched over to the Telekinetic tree and it was insanely difficult to work the combos.

I liked the Consular story and companions so much that after I finished my female sage I had to do a male shadow so I could romance the cute girl companion. :)
